Our platform is built on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that every card dealt is completely random, fair, and unbiased.

No user, including AceNPlay staff or third parties, has any influence over the outcome of the cards, player seating, or game mechanics.

• We monitor gameplay for suspicious behavior using automated AI tools and manual reviews.
• Accounts found engaging in team play, sharing cards, or signaling during live games will be permanently banned.
• Multiple players using the same IP or device may be restricted pending investigation.

Users are allowed only one account per individual. Creating or operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of our Fair Play Policy and will result in suspension or account closure.

The use of any automated scripts, bots, third-party tools, or external aids to play games or make decisions is strictly forbidden. We use security systems to detect and block such behavior in real-time.

All players are expected to engage in games respectfully. Abusive language, threatening behavior, or attempts to intimidate others through chat or gameplay will not be tolerated.

Any violation of respectful conduct may lead to warnings, chat bans, or account deactivation depending on severity.

If any violation is confirmed, necessary action — including suspension, confiscation of funds, and legal notice — will be taken.
